Designing what comes next.

Brand, growth and executive advisory for founders and leadership teams navigating what comes next.

The strongest businesses don't think in functions. They think in connections.

Brand isn't separate from business. Product isn't separate from customer. Culture isn't separate from experience. And creativity isn't separate from commercial growth.

Yet too often, those decisions are made in isolation.

Connection is a commercial advantage.

When brand, product, customer, marketing and commercial strategy work around one clear direction, businesses make better choices, move faster and build stronger momentum.

That's where I come in.

I help founders and leadership teams find the red thread, connect the decisions and turn ambition into action.

Connected in Practice

Barbour

Connecting legacy with future growth.

Great heritage brands endure because they know what must remain unmistakable and what must keep moving.

At Barbour, the opportunity was not to reinvent the brand. It was to turn its heritage into a platform for future growth.

British authenticity remained the anchor, while brand, product, storytelling, collaborations and global ambition were connected around one clear direction, bringing Barbour to new audiences, new occasions and new markets.

The result was more than renewed relevance. It was a stronger connection between what Barbour had always stood for and where the business could go next.

UGG

Connecting product with Culture

The challenge wasn't awareness. It was relevance.

The UGG Classic Boot was globally recognised, but recognition alone could not secure its future. The challenge was to make it desirable to a new generation without losing what made it distinctive.

New product interpretations, culturally relevant partnerships and fashion-led storytelling returned the Classic to the centre of the conversation and reignited demand around the world.

Its resurgence did more than revive a single franchise. It showed what happens when product, culture and commercial ambition move together, creating momentum for UGG to expand into menswear, apparel and Spring/Summer.

Tommee Tippee

Connected Transformation

Tommee Tippee didn't need another campaign. It needed a more connected growth system.

The opportunity was bigger than repositioning the brand. It was to redefine the role the business could play in parents' lives and connect the organisation behind it.

Purpose, product, innovation, customer experience, healthcare advocacy, marketing and culture were brought together around one clear belief.

That changed more than how the brand showed up. It changed how the organisation thought, prioritised and made decisions.

The result was a stronger brand, restored category growth, greater trust and a platform for what came next.

Your Questions, Answered

How do we get started?

A focused project is often the simplest way to begin.

We start with the business challenge: where you are today, what's getting in the way of growth and what needs to change.

From there, I'll recommend a focused scope with clear outcomes, timing and fee.

That might be a Growth Diagnostic, Brand & Growth Reset, 90-Day Growth Plan or Team & Operating Model project.

A simple start to effect connected change.

What type of challenges can I help you solve?

Usually, the challenge isn't a lack of ideas. It's knowing which decisions matter most.

I work where brand, product, customer and commercial strategy meet.

That might mean clarifying positioning, identifying the next phase of growth, strengthening a product or category pipeline, improving the customer experience, reshaping the marketing model or aligning the leadership team around a clearer direction.

Different starting points. The same objective:

Clearer choices, stronger connection and greater momentum.

What experience do you bring?

For nearly twenty years, I have worked across brand, product, marketing, customer experience and commercial growth, in senior leadership roles including Chief Brand Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.

I have helped global businesses including Sweaty Betty, Barbour, UGG and Tommee Tippee reposition brands, restore growth, build culturally relevant products and campaigns, enter new categories and strengthen the teams and operating models behind them.

That breadth means I bring specialist brand expertise with the perspective of someone who has also led product, customer, commercial strategy, organisation and the P&L.
